By accessing or using Nexus Charts ("the Software", "the Service"), operated by Nexus Generated FZ-LLC ("Nexus", "we", "us", or "our"), you ("User", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and the Risk Disclosure presented at sign-up. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Software.
Nexus Charts is trading software that provides charting, backtesting, multi-timeframe confluence analysis, alerts, and quantitative analysis tools. Nexus Generated FZ-LLC is not a broker, exchange, custodian, payment processor, financial advisor, investment manager, or any other regulated financial service. We do not execute trades, hold User funds, accept deposits, or provide personalized investment advice. The Software operates under RAKEZ License No. 5034603 with the licensed activity "Wholesale of Computer Systems And Software Trading".
You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and that you are not subject to any sanctions imposed by the United Nations Security Council, the United States Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), the European Union, the United Kingdom, or the United Arab Emirates. You shall not access or use the Software in violation of any applicable sanctions.
We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, and decline payment from jurisdictions or entities subject to international sanctions. Country eligibility is verified by the country code of your SMS verification number at sign-up.
Account creation requires SMS verification to a phone number under your control. Verification is a condition of access to the Software. SMS rates may apply at your expense.
Each User may maintain only one (1) account. Phone numbers, device fingerprints, and email addresses are unique identifiers. Detected attempts to circumvent the one-account-per-User rule — including but not limited to using disposable phone numbers, virtual machines, residential proxies, or shared device fingerprints — may result in termination of all linked accounts without refund.
Multi-device limits per tier (DEC-025): Free accounts may use the Software on one (1) device at a time, Pro on two (2), and Quant on four (4). A "device" is identified by browser fingerprint; the same physical machine with different browsers counts as separate devices. When a User exceeds their tier cap, they may either revoke an existing device, cancel the new login, or upgrade their tier. A device fingerprint cannot belong to two different accounts simultaneously, regardless of tier — this is the anti-fraud rule and overrides per-tier device counts.
The Software is offered in three tiers: Free, Pro ($29/month or $261/year), and Quant ($79/month or $711/year). Each tier provides a distinct quota of strategy builds, indicators, backtest range, and other features as detailed at /#pricing and incorporated by reference into these Terms.
The Free tier is available at no cost and lets you evaluate the Software before subscribing. Paid tiers (Pro and Quant) are billed immediately upon subscription and renew automatically on the calendar interval of your selected plan (monthly or annual) until cancellation. Annual plans are offered at a discount to the equivalent monthly price. Cancellation is one-click and immediate. We reserve the right to change pricing with at least fourteen (14) days' notice to active subscribers.
Subscription payments are processed by a third-party payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize recurring billing on the calendar interval of your selected plan until cancellation.
Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. Yearly subscriptions are refundable on a prorated basis within fourteen (14) days of purchase; after 14 days, yearly subscriptions are non-refundable. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 business days of approval.

You shall not use the Software for any activity that constitutes money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 20 of 2018 (Anti-Money Laundering and Combating the Financing of Terrorism and Illegal Organisations) or any successor or equivalent legislation. Nexus Generated FZ-LLC reserves the right to request enhanced KYC verification at its discretion and to terminate accounts engaged in suspicious activity, including those flagged by automated detection (multi-account from same fingerprint, high-frequency signup attempts, or payment from sanctioned banking corridors).
You shall not use the Software in any manner that violates anti-bribery and anti-corruption laws applicable in your jurisdiction or in the UAE, including but not limited to UAE Federal Law No. 31 of 2021 (Penal Code), the UK Bribery Act 2010, and the US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.
You shall not use the Software, including its alerts, backtests, indicators, or API, for the purpose of market manipulation, including but not limited to spoofing, layering, wash trading, or pump-and-dump schemes. Violation results in immediate account termination without refund and may be reported to applicable regulators.
All backtest results, historical scenarios (including the "What if" showcases for May 2021, March 2020 COVID, November 2022 FTX, and 2018-19 bear market), alerts, indicators, and metrics provided by the Software are illustrative only. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Real-world performance may differ significantly from backtests due to slippage, fees, market impact, exchange downtime, latency, and execution differences. We make no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of any data, calculation, or output of the Software.
You are solely responsible for any trading or investment decisions made on the basis of information obtained from the Software. You acknowledge that cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile and that you may lose some or all of your capital. Trade only with funds you can afford to lose.
All content, code, designs, branding, indicators, algorithms, the Multi-Timeframe Engine logic, the historical scenarios library, and all interface elements embodied in the Software are the exclusive property of Nexus Generated FZ-LLC. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software for personal trading analysis only. You retain ownership of the strategies, drawings, and configurations you create within the Software.
You shall not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, scrape, mirror, or attempt to derive the source code, indicators, algorithms, or backtest logic of the Software. This prohibition extends to automated tools, browser extensions, AI agents, headless browsers, and any other means. The Software employs DOM watermarking, source-map omission, and bundle obfuscation as technical protection measures; circumventing these measures is itself a violation of these Terms.
You shall not clone, copy, replicate, or rebrand the Software (or any substantial portion thereof) for the purpose of offering a competing product or service, whether for profit or otherwise. The trade name "Nexus Charts" and the associated logo are registered trademarks of Nexus Generated FZ-LLC.
Nexus Generated FZ-LLC will respond to verified DMCA takedown notices and equivalent international IP protection requests within 7 business days. Violators of Sections 13-15 may be subject to civil and criminal action under UAE and international law, including the seizure of infringing materials and damages.
Market data displayed in the Software is sourced from third-party providers (primarily Binance and our own database derived from Binance) and is subject to those providers' availability and accuracy. Nexus Generated FZ-LLC is not responsible for delays, errors, omissions, or interruptions in third-party data. Live prices may differ from execution prices on any exchange.
You may terminate your account at any time via the account settings. Upon termination, your strategies and account data are retained for 90 days, after which they are permanently deleted. You may export your strategies as JSON at any time during this period.
Nexus Generated FZ-LLC may terminate any User account at its discretion, with or without cause, and with or without notice. In case of termination for cause (violation of these Terms), no refund is owed.
Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Users in the European Union, United Kingdom, and other applicable jurisdictions have the right to access, rectify, port, and delete their personal data under applicable data protection law.
The Software is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation. We do not warrant that the Software will be error-free or that market data will be accurate or complete.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexus Generated FZ-LLC, its directors, shareholders, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages — including without limitation any trading losses, missed opportunities, lost profits, or data loss — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid Nexus Generated FZ-LLC in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nexus Generated FZ-LLC and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Software, or your violation of any third-party right or applicable law.
Nexus Generated FZ-LLC may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to active Users at least fourteen (14) days before they take effect, by email and by in-app notice. Continued use of the Software after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, including the regulations of the Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone (RAKEZ), without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or their breach, termination, or invalidity, shall be resolved exclusively by the competent courts of the Ras Al Khaimah Free Zone Authority. The parties may, by mutual agreement, submit a dispute to binding arbitration under the rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) seated in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE, in the English language.
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect, and the unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable while preserving its intent.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Risk Disclosure presented at sign-up, constitute the entire agreement between you and Nexus Generated FZ-LLC regarding the Software and supersede any prior agreement, whether written or oral.
